Buying a Bridal Tiara
In the UK we only tend to wear bridal tiaras for weddings, school proms aren’t common place like they are in the US so wearing a tiara is likely to be a once in a life time experience.
Your wedding tiara should be one of the last bridal accessories you choose, you should have your bridal underwear, your wedding dress, and bridal shoes before purchasing your bridal tiara. This is simply because your bridal tiara should complete your outfit, it shouldn’t be the starting point for it.
To compliment your bridal outfit your tiara shouldn’t over power your wedding dress or you gorgeous face. You will need to also take into consideration any bridal jewellery or other hair accessories such as bridal hair pins you are planning to wear.
People will look at your bridal tiara and face together so make sure your tiara compliments your face shape. If you choose the wrong one, you could end up with people staring at your wedding tiara when there talking to you and you’ll never know whether they looking and thinking it’s gorgeous or whether they are thinking why did she choose that tiara?
Pick a tiara that’s elegant as this will give a classic and expensive look. Chances are you’ll often look back at your wedding photos and don’t want to look back at any fashion mistakes so keeping it simple and classic will prevent this.
For some having a similar wedding tiara to their favourite celebrity might seem like a good idea, there’s nothing wrong with this as long as the wedding tiara suits you too, not just your role model. Just as perfume smells different on other people, wedding tiara look different too.
Tiara can be made from various materials such as rhinestones, pearls and crystals, they also come in lots of different styles and various heights.
